A good friend of mine had this back in 1985, and I wanted one so bad! Begged my parents...no such luck. Anyway, back before the internet and all the available resources we have today, I was in California in the early 90's.....Did lots of research to try and find one, and I did! From a watch collector store - MINT! Anyway, I immediately took out the battery, had it in safekeeping, and just this morning, said F* it! Put in a new battery, and I'm rockin it now! Here's to ya mom and dad!!!!
I had this watch back in 91 and was head over heels for it! It stopped working (battery) and I had it floating around in my bedroom (dresser, t.v. stand, night stand, drawer) and lost it or tossed it in the process of moving from my parents house.
I'm a total watch whore and this was not only a great looking watch, but it also sparked a lot of conversations with total strangers paying compliments! OH HOW I MISS YOU SO McGregor!
I need this watch in my life again!!!
